need to know, i have my own bank acct. and we did have 2 joint accts. but several months ago i had my husband take my name off the joints and now we have seperate accts. we live in texas, comm. prop. state. my credit sucks, all individual cc accts that are co'd, if they go for judgement,can they also go after my husbands bank accts ? every thing else is exempt. my husband has never had access to my cc or bank accts.
