I am currently being sued by dmb. I answered the petition from the court. I stated that the 29.9%apr was not allowed by the state of Oklahoma. I have since received a letter from the lawyers for the ca asking for me to answer several questions. They however, have not sent me the original, signed agreement for this account. What steps do I need to take now? Do I answer these questions? It asks for me to send or verify any material, phone calls, memos, notes, or notices that I have received. It also asked for me to state each and every defense I intend to raise at the trial of this case and list all proof and evidence. Should I reply? If so, How should I reply? They are asking me to send a copy of the contract that was executed in the subject of the trail, is that not their responsibility to provide this contract? Help me. Have I gotten in over my head? Thanks...
