mediators are a joke. They are suppose to be non biased but that is a joke also. When I had my mediation with experian I spent the entire time arguing with the mediator who kept telling me I had no clue what I was talking about. She then told experian to countersue me for a frivolous lawsuit. Needless to say I won my case. They are the rejects of the legal world.
