How do I go about replying to a 30-day validation request by a CA? How can I stop a automatic withdrawal from coming out of my checking account? My bank(Commerce says I can not closed the old account and open a new to stop it because each time the ACH hits my old accoount it will reopen it). I dont want to close my account because I believe I am in the Checksystem the CA is GC collecting for American express. Amount is $2200.
