In the court files I found:
- Copy of the Florida Simple Interest Vehicle Retail Contract with both signatures
My ex(buyer)
I (co-buyer)
- Certified Return of Service
- Alias Civil Action Summons
- My ex answer to the Summons
- Motion for Summary Judgment
- Affidavit of Manager (with exhibits)
- Affidavits of attorneys Fees
- Notice of Hearing

I don't remember if I ever received a certified letter notifying me about the info for the repossession of the car. I am afraid to say..."You never sent me any notification, and I had the right to redeem the car if I wanted to"
Because I am afraid that they have a lleter signed by me.
This account appears in my Credit Report as Charge off as bad debt/Profit and loss writte-off on 01/01/02
Which means this people suing us are not the original creditors, they are a law firm/collectors that bought the case.
