Tired - I just e-mailed you with some info ;) The last 2 things on that page - once is a proof of service which you'll need to use when you send the copy of your Motion to the scumbag collector. I don't believe the 20 day notice asking for 'relief' applies in your case. "she will file an adversary action with the Court seeking the determination of the dischargabilities of the above-referenced claim." What you're goint to do is file a Motion for Contempt and request for fines and sanctions against the collector (put in name of CA) for violations of the injunction of the discharge. When my friend gets back to me, I'm certain we can get you the exact verbage and citations from the BK code to use :)
