First of all thank you so much for your replies! Keyzer Soze: Everytime they got returned service they had to refile? So that means they filed the summons I received on May 15, 2002 which would put that outside my SOL... right? Does it make a difference if they originally filed a lawsuit against me back in August of 2001 and got returned service? I know I am going to court on this next month because the judge (a really nasty lady, Judge Judy type) called me at home and said she will not grant me any more motions of continuance for this case , regardless of my obligations to the Navy ( it still has a 2001 case number on it) after I explained to her that I was out to sea well before and well after the three dates they had the had me scheduled to be in court. We worked out a date I knew I would be available long enough to get down there and appear in court. Thanks again for everything
