If we are sued and found to be judgement proof does that mean the judgement does not go on our credit report or does it mean they will not be able to collect anything from us?

To be judgement proof does the court take into account all your actual expenses including credit card payments you are making on time to other creditors? Can they widdle down and decide what they think your expenses should be just so the other can collect a judgement?
