Authorized User Negatives?????????????

I have been disputing with Experian since Feb. of this year trying to get two negative AU removed, am having no luck, it keeps comming back verified. I have written to the two OC, disputing these as not mine a requesting validation, First Premier replied back to my husband to dispute with CRA's, and Capitol One validated the account that I have with them, not the the one thats says I am AU. Has anyone had any luck getting AU's removed?? I really need some help here on this matter. I have contacted several attorney's they all say sue, but are not interested in helping me, I have no money to sue, not the slighest idea how to go about it myself.
