Summary Judgment in 13 days. PLease Help!!!

I am sorry I posted again, but I couldn't go back in the archive for old posts.
I realized something else.
The Sales Contract was with Mazda American Credit, and the Planitiff is Ford Motor Credit Company.
Are they the same (D.B.A)?
I called Mazda A.C at 800 945 6000 and they told me they did not handle my case anymore, they gave me a number for a company named National Recovery Center 877 492 2865
In this Company they told me that the lawyer (name) is hadling the case(the same in lawsuit)
On the other hand, on motion for summary Judgment says
Comes now the Plaintiff, Ford Motor Credit Comapany, and moves for Summary Judgement and as grounds thereof would show as follows:
1-That on (date), defendants (names), executed and delivered to plaintiff a Retail Installement Contract.
2- That Plaintiff purchased the Retail Installment Contract. Are they the same, or they purchased the contract?
My contract says very clear that if would be in default, the Creditor may require for me to pay.....
Are they the Original Creditors?
What is this game?
Mazda told me Nat. Rec is handling the case
THe other company told me the lawyer is handling the case
The lawyers says they bought the Contract. Any idea of what is going on?
Three differrent Names,but original contract signed with MAZDA.
On the court files there is a copy of the original contract with my signature.
