I would agree, Pro Se is hard enough for Ch 7, but Ch 13 is twice as complicated, you DON'T want to do it w/o a lawyer.

What were the reasons/conditions that led them to say CH 13 ??? Don't forget, lawyers get more $$$ in a Ch 13 than a 7. Their fees are also usually included in the Plan.
