i posted below but so far no responce. the answer to this question will have bearing on what i do for my situation. i am married with yucky credit, all debts are individual, my dh was never authorised to use. because of my business i had all seperate accounts, bank etc. we also had 2 joint accounts. i had dh take me off his accounts (bank) a few months ago. now this realy important question for me is- we live in a community property state, if my creditors should get a judgement against me and freeze my personal bank account, can they also go after my husbands bank accts. even though he had me removed from them ? if they cant, then i can sit this out, if they will go after his accts, then i may need to file personal BK. so far none of the oc's or ca's have even tried to contact him, just me. i HAVE searched this and other sites for the answer and just cant find anything.
help please.
