It happens. Either one of them is a fraudulent account, or one of the CA's didn't give up and the OC re-assigned it to a 2nd. Send BOTH of them a validation demand letter and make them prove the account's yours and owing. How 'OLD' is old ?? When did you last pay Citi and what state are you in ?
