I knew that the arrearage would go into the plan. We did talk about that at our mtg.

We talked about just having my spouse file (b/c Walpoff & Abramson sent him a 'dispute or validate' letter and it is his sole debt), but that would leave my student loan out to pay and a credit card and a few medical bills and it just doesn't make sense to me if we are already going to be so limited...unless him filing would give us a little more room with disposable income...but I doubt it b/c our joint debt would still go under the plan.
