Julie, I will probably get ripped apart for saying this but my husband and I filed a ch. 13 and paid it off in 4 years and are now at the 7 year mark with all that bankruptcy stuff to come off next month. It was hard but we did it. Ithink we were in the low percentage that didn't revert it to a ch. 7 or fall out of it but only because we were scared of our creditors and needed the bankruptcy protection and also, my aunt cosigned on our house so I didn't want to make her credit any worse than I had.
