Thank you Lady!!! I never drove this car, I am devastated with this situation. I am liable for something I never used, just because I signed a Contract as co-buyer to get good credit. I have the proof of the renewal of the car Insurance under his name only, and I have the copy of the title, and registration of my car at that moment. But I think the judge does not care about that, he is going to make the law punish me for breaking this contract. And my ex answer the summons saying that due to September 11th he has no job, and is using public transportation. I have a decent job, and a car of my own that is worth 4k, my state excemptions for a car s 1k. I was a stupid girl, I left him everything, even the bed,and now I am going to pay his lack of ... I live in FL According to the complaint the car was sold pursuant to UCC. A car with a financing value of 15k was sold in an auction for 2,700 in less than a year after being purchased. Now, I am really looking for a way to get out of this. I can't describe how I feel, this car was bought in March, and I legaly divorce in August same year, we separated in April. Thanks a million Lady, you don't know how many hours a day I spent in this computer waiting for answers.
