Ok! So what do you do with the chargeoff accounts. I have 3 that are very recent with in the last year and listed with different CA. I have the fund to pay them but you are saying it may lower my score. (566,519,541)

I do have one settle account but because I still do business with them I would like to pay it and perhaps re-establish myself with that credit.(USAA). They were very patient with me and gave me a ton of chances to resolve the debt. I tried to dispute with the CRA but it came back as still remains??

Should I dispute with the CA and if it comes back as true then what?

I have some paid collection/chargeoff that will be on my report for a long time.. I have a home already but I really would like to re-fi at lower rate..Any thought anyone
