Do you think they kept this for the trial?

Or... Are they suppossed to file in court all the documentation that they have?

Do you think I should call the lawyer and request to see the documents for the case since I was never served, and I just got to know that I had a lawsuit.

Or...Do you think I better wait for the trial in August 13th.

They are requesting a summary to get a default judgement because they think I won't show up in court because I din't answer the summons (I never received it)and my ex as I told you befaore responded saying he is broke.
