A Los Angeles Finance Department Manager - Alfred Schonbach - is the link between GCS SERVICES and the LOS ANGELES SUPERIOR COURT. I sued Alfred Schonbach on July 21, 1999, and the Municipal Court Judge James R. Simpson made sure that SCHONBACH was never added to the case - although I also served a summons and complaint on Alfred Schonbach. The case number is 99C01754. I also sued Gregory Pentoney, who worked with Schonbach at 111 N. Hill Street, in the Los Angeles Superior Court Finance Department Room 119-A. Pentoney and Schonbach operated a slush fund called the Los Angeles Superior Court Judges Association. The fund used the Los Angeles County Federal Employee number 95-6000927. That number was assigned to the LOS ANGELES COUNTY AUDITOR CONTROLLER - at 500 West Temple Street! Traffic tickets are MUNICIPAL COURT affairs. Our illustrious Governor Gray Davis has convinced the public there are NO MORE MUNICIPAL COURTS! Gray Davis is really Joseph Graham Davis Junior. Alfred Schonbach is the middleman! Pentoney was convicted on March 10, 2000, and was sentenced to STATE PRISON on September 11, 2000.
