I had gotten behind on my auto payments. I made arrangements to catch up by paying a payment and a half until caught up. The next day the finance company (Americredit) starts calling saying the payment arrangement is not acceptable, although they saw it documented in the system. In addition, they have called my mother 3 times and my cousin 4 times (and both told Americredit to never call again). They told my mother and cousin they did not have my phone number, which is a lie. They call me numerous times every day. I am sticking to the arrangement they made, and no, it is not in writing, although they have confirmed that it is documented in their system. I live in Georgia. The question is how to get them to stop calling my family members .... I'll deal with my part. Thanks for any suggestions!
