No, and I NEVER suggest a pro-se defendant cite case law. I ALWAYS suggest a print out of appropriate STATE and FEDERAL statutes.

Others may disagree, however, in my opinion, a Court does NOT LIKE a non-lawyer citing "case-law".

Those who have used this method, and followed this program have an advantage as the plaintiff's lawyer cannot bring up case -law of their own in rebuttal,without risking sanctions from the Court.
