It does have a docket # on the summons. I am really confused by all this and really don't know where to start this process.

It says that an answer form is available at the Office of the Clerk of the Special Civil Part. Can I get one here in NM or will a friend have to pick one up from NJ?

With the help of you and everyone on this board I got my credit report straightened out earlier this year. This company did show up once, but when I asked for validation they disappeared off the report. I really have no clue what this debt even is.

Why would a complaint be in order - because they are sueing me in a state a don't live in? Also, I put in my e-mail in case you want to e-mail there.
