I read the appeals court case that was referred to. "Orangedog" wound up NOT using it in court as the judge agreed with the CLEAR meaning of the Ohio statutes AND definitions (as posted on the Ohio page). The trouble with "case-law" is very simple, there is NO case-law if there is no stautory ambiguity, it is only when the laws are open to judicial interpretation that any "appeal" is made engendering "caselaw" citations.

Once you start down the slippery slope of case law, (and in the case that was cited it was NOT directly relevant and was only a citation from ANOTHER case in ANOTHER State to substain a completely different point of law)
