My website has a link under "misc legal stuff" to all the State Courts, you can find the link to the specific Court you are being sued in and obtain the proper forms. In addition, on my site there is a link at the bottom, "How To Answer A Lawsuit" it specifically deals with time-barred suits, but the data is for any kind of defense and answer. I have not been away, I only post when I need to, as there are MANY MANY good people posting correct answers to a variety of problems.
As to the complaint to the NJ AG office, there are pending legal actions against various CA's from the NJ AG's office.
