Well- 1st you need to obtain copies of the file, including proof of service.

Then you need to file a motion with the Court to have the judgment vacated on whatever appropriate grounds you discover from the file.

You can file a suit for damages including your legal costs against whomever filed the judgment against you.

I suggest you go to your own lawyer, and ask them to obtain the services of a Md. lawyer to handle it for you.

How come you didn't check your credit report before this?
