Thanks again WhyChat. I suppose it would be asking way to much for our legislatures to make things very clear by simply stating that the SOL on open end accounts is 4 years. Than again here in our money straped state (which I read about all the time in the newspaper, they could easly bring in some funds by charging a fee for these CAs to do business in our state, but they do not.
I was begining to figure it out, about the 4 years being arrived at by a process of elimination
and not one of inclusion. It was nice though to see it in written form to confirm what I was finally getting around to understanding. I guess I am more of a 1+1=2 guy as opposed to the algerba
equations type. Thanks a bunch I will keep you posted as to outcome of my now two lawsuits.
