I was never served as I was overseas It is through my bank statement, over the web, that I realized that something had happened when my entire savings was wiped clean. Somehow, they succeeded in pushing the matter through the court system and got an order of writ of account from the judge after the default judgement was entered against me.
When I came back, I appealed it but the judge denied it.
I am unsure of how to proceed next now.
