I have my credit report and it lists RSHK/CBUSA as a creditor with the note Status: Open/Never late. I am about to declare bankruptcy. My attorney has advised me to contact this company to determine the status of the account. I don't know what company this is. If anyone has any infor. I would really appreciate this. liz
