Not necessarily. It means the CRA, for whatever reason, couldn't verify it within the proscribed 30 days and had to remove it. SOL on credit cards in PA is 4 years anyway. IF a CA were to come after you, all you'd have to do is shoo the dung flys away with a C&D/expired SOL letter.
