They just lost a 265k lawsuit. They lost another 300k lawsuit last year. They are being sued by the FTC and by 3 states. You can sue them but they will not pay it. The best thing you can do is file mail fraud charges with your post office against the company and the collector. Also, be sure to call your district attorneys office to ask about how to file criminal charges of fraud and extortion against the people responsible for calling you. They will be out of business soon enough and the only thing stopping this is our super slow court system. Get those criminal charges out.
