Question RE: bank account seized

If our debt problem in fact comes to a judgement before we are able to file BK we will remove all of our monies from the bank and remove our direct deposit. Can we still use our bank to cash our checks or will they seize the money in the bank while we try to cash it? Same goes for buying money orders to pay our bills, can we still do that our our normal bank without them taking our $$$
