ya it it harassment...all you gotta do thou is let them know that there not aloud to do that and they wont be long changing their ways, see alot of people are afraid of them cause they use all kinds of threats...but if you tell them you knows they aint aloud to be calling they gets worried then...they know there not aloud to call like that
