Boy I hope your right Ladynred! I did ask for dismissal with prejudice and for my costs.

I had CRRR letters requesting validation from the last year and several to the attorney as well, which were all ignored, plus pointed out the discrepencies in the two docs they had....so maybe I did Win!!! One can hope.

Scott this was not out of SOL has 18 months to go. So if the judge finds for us I hope it's with prejudice!!!
