Validation when balance is other cards (transfered)

Before we negotiate a payment Plan w/ Chase Manhattan we want to validate. This high balance card consists of several balance transfers ( one is Providian ) Do you think this will make it harder to validate since they may not have access going all the way back to another creditor. What if they can validate part of it? Will we be forgiven on the parts they can't or is it an all or nothing deal.
