ok basically these are 2-3 years old then except for the repo. In your state credit cards have a 3 year SOL. However, illinois is 5 and indiana is 6 so that kinda sucks. If you do want to settle for full payment with the CA offer payment for deletion and get it in writing. If you are staying 18 more months then it will work in your favor as by that time the debts will be out of statute and you have more push for deletion as they can no longer sue you while you are in that state.
