Hi, everyone! I haven't posted here in a while. Hope all is well with you all. I just rec'd a ltr in the mail from AMEX regarding a balance of $1613 stating that they are willing to settle for 60%. DOLA is 98. I live in Maryland. DO you think that I should just pay it? Right now it says on my credit report, Charge off, closed by crditor. I've cleaned up my credit report as much as I could with all your advice and this is the last one that I can do something about. What do you think I should do? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
