I need help! I have a charge off account with MBNA and sold it Maryland National Bank then it was sold to a ocllection agency by the name of Scott Lowery Law Office,LLC, did any heard of these people? What should be my first step in a charge off? Is my credit history ruined? I need some advice without going to a lawyer. please help!!!
