Lady is correct. No telling how these decisions are made. My advice, keep your head down, stay quiet, and hope they don't see you. If you are within the SOL, just wait it out. Most important, don't talk to them. You may give out information they don't have. No one can use what you don't say against you. If they come after you, post here. You will find lots of good solid advice here.
