If you go to my website, you can look up the auto repo laws for your State. IF ALL the required laws were carried out for the repo, then there is a 4 year SOL, dating from the resale for a lawsuit for any deficiency to be filed.

I am not exactly sure what you are talking about with the trailer repo,however, if you wish to e-mail me with some dates of the repo,and how it has "fallen back in his lap", I may be able to offer some helpful information.

You do not need to concern yourself about any judgment against your husband causing anything more then a possible lien against your home, uness when you "put him on" the deed,it was not done properly.

IF it was done properly, you (if you were sole owner) should have deeded it to BOTH yourself and your husband as joint owners with right of survivorship.This would have created an estate in entireties.You should certainly register it as such, if the deed was done correctly.
