It is hard to tell from your post exactly what has occurred.

If a default judgment has been entered against you it will have a book and page #.

It is POSSIBLE that no judgment has yet been entered, or you are being given the required notice to answer before the judgment is entered.

Since you seem confused, I suggest you gather up ALL the paperwork you have received and find a lawyer to help you.
