Anyone can get a mortgage even with the worst credit, but you will pay an outrageous interest rate. Try calling your local banks and mortgage companies. Also, you can try for an FHA. I thought I had a worse credit rating than I had, (my ex filed bk and included our 3 joint cc's) and I was able to get an FHA 30 year fixed mortgage at 7.5%. You just have to call around and ask a lot of questions.
