I did not request validation from W&A because I knew the account was mine and I just wanted to settle and be done with it. After being threaten and all other sorts of good stuff with W&A I reported them to all authorities and never heard another word from them.

I will take advice on this one and just send hand written validation letter by regular mail. Then if I don't hear anything (becuase they stated in letter I had 30 days to respond or dispute) I will then send CRRR.

Sorry if I'm requesting new information on old account, I just thought I was rid of these people. Just when you start sleeping at night, the nightmare starts all over again.

One bad boyfriend and one year to royally mess up my PERFECT credit and two long years so far on trying to fix it and still not totally out of the woods.

I DO really apprecitae all the help that this site gives.
