Im trying to understand this, I wrote a bad check I owed I debt they called me I payed it, Are you saying it's OK to write bad checks?? To go to a store purchase something let the check bounce and keep the product I dont know seams to me the merchant is the one losing money and someone who does that is just as bad as the bank robber, I have tried to do what I can to clean up my credit and it isnt easy I ( I was younge once) and in my opinion if you mess up clean up. All your telling everyone here is its ok to write bad checks ,and any Judge who agreas with that is surporting theft
