Checking account

I was trying to access the list of banks that did not use checksystem form the website www.passchecking.com and was not able to log on with the password that was given. I live in Delaware. Also I was considering filing bankruptcy since most of my debts will not reach the SOl mark until 2004-2005(there is a 3 years SOL in Dealaware). Today I have GC services contacted me at work which I did not give them my telephone number. Should I send them a C & D letter instructing them to only communicate with me through the mail. If they violate my request can I sue them? What prove would I need file the suit in the event it comes to that?
