Yes inquiries can be deleted from your CR. I have several deleted from my reports before. All you have to do is write a letter to the CRA stated the applicable law and demanding that the itemized hard inquiries were not authorized by you and that you would like them to delete it. They should do it. If it is a soft inquiry (eg. original creditors) they wont delete it since it is not shown to other creditors.
