0 2¢ was worth -0. Fie a complaint with the FTC and your State dept. of consumer affairs and the BBB. Send Arrow a cease and desist letter, certified return receipt. They buy old past SOL accounts. What State are you in, and when did you last pay the ORIGINAL CREDITOR.
