To summarize everyone's longwindedness -

Libel is when you put something in writing with the intention of damaging someone's character or business. It's the same as slander but in writing. Because it's in writing it's usually easier to prove.

For the Plaintiff to seek judgement they need to prove they've lost money or been significantly damaged by your statements.

If they can't establish a loss then the court will consider this frivolous.

Try this method of defense:
1. Plead "Not Guilty."
2. Deny everything.
3. Point the blame at someone else.
