i also had a charged off providian account that was sold to unifund. later unifund sold it to national capital funding...is that the company that is suing you?

NCF threatened me too...but after paying with a settlement....they ended up selling my account back to unifund several months later. i told unifund this account was paid off. i got unifund deleted from my credit report and have not heard from them since, and this was december of 2002.
