The waverunner *could* be considered community property then. Do you live in the mobile home ? There's this thing in CP laws that refers to whether or not a spouse derives 'benefit' from the property owned by the other spouse. I think I posted a link to the TX CP laws a week or so ago. You may want to do a search for it in the archives for July.
