Hate tosay it, but searching online for legal forms is not the best way to go. Here is what I found ;

Kentucky Rules of Civil Procedure
Rule CR 69.02

The attorney for the judgment creditor must hold the seized funds for 15 days to allow time for the judgment debtor to file an objection with the court.

I can not find the forms relating to this. I'm sure the law library will have forms relating to wage garnishment.

BTW, this does not apply if the garnishment is for child support.

Suggest she goes to the court and file an objection. It may be the only way she will find out exactly what these cretins are doing.

Maybe Keyser is on to something, a new star chamber, executing its own brand of "justice" ?
